Crazy Ivan: I have some issues with installation RA mod. Don't know why and I'm trying solve it. The case is, that after installation RA mod, my passive sonars, heli and sonoboys are nor able to catch anything.
Clear DW 1.4 works fine.

Could you explain me, why in every RAR file is BAT file which is overwitting durring unrarring these files ?
Does it matter which BAT file I use to install RA mod ?

This is multi-volume archive, so UNACCEPTABLE to unpack files from each RAR-file individually.
Right-click on the first RAR-file, select "Extract files...", point to game folder to unpack and RA will be unpack fully.
Then run the BAT-file to install.

Yes, the rest files will be unpacked automatically.

1. Does the Dev Team plan to add new surface warships as controllable ? If yes, what can we expect in the future ?

2. (referring to pt1) Is there isa chance to have new developed ships like German F123 Brandenburg class ?

I did some tests and here are my results:

Driving one of the top submarines I'm not able to clasify FFG or Udaloy in range more than 3nm (by towed array) if that kind of surface ship is not cavitating.

Driving the FGG or Udaloy, I'm not able to detect any top submarine moving at 5kts (by towed array) further than about 4nm.
It seems that only cavitating units are able to be detected. It brings some strange issues, for example: there is no own unit contact on the sonar if your unit is not cavitating. Why it is strange ? Because how it is possible that towed array is not able to detect own unit at speed 7kts for example ?

I don't even mention about heli because these are completely deaf.
All tests done in perfect weather conditions.

Could you please tell me if this is the new realism upgrade ?

I think I found the reason: values NRD in database. For DIFAR and DICASS values are +3 - what makes them so deaf. Other sonoboys are something like -5. Very similar is about towed array on FFG and some subs.
Active sonar on sonoboys are also affected.

I'm not sure in what version it was corrected because I didn't play long time.
CrazyIvam - could you please look at this ?

I'm waiting patiently for his kindly investigate on this issue.

Before the first use of new platforms you should NECESSARILY enter the weapon loadout tab.
This is a fee for the introduction of new platforms :)

I would like to ask if there is any chance to have the answer to my questions ;-)
I know that some people are very busy but it looks like my questions are completely forgoten.

The issue about some serious detection range is very problematic to all dangerouswaters.pl community. It prevents us from regular games.

So what's the problem? Just don't play It's definitely best subsim, however it's too far away from reality anyway.

would be nice if the 212A had the control room from the Seawolf. Not the old from an russian Submarine.

It would also be nice to control the German 206 Submarine and more Surface Vessels like the Lütjens or the Mölders and other.

Post [RA 1.35] Multiplayers bugs

Hello,
I report the following (please note that everything works fine in single player):
1. on Atlantic MK3 IT, in a multistation session with two players (player1 : pilot/TACCO/radar/link 11 control and player2 : acoustic/MAD/ESM/infrared), everyone can access to CAMERA.
It is normal for player 2, with the station assigned, and cause an error (bitmap not loaded) for player1, with CTD at the first change of station after accessed to CAMERA.
2. SF releasing does not work for 212A and Alfa in multiplayer game even with all stations assigned to a player only (SF remains unavailable on quick menu in the NavMap).
