Even if it is not realistic, may I suggest to load French Amethyste with Blackshark?
Rubis can stay with F17 mod 2 torp, this way French will have two very different sub to balance scenario.
I am just trying to play the french sub, but if it does not stand a chance I will certainly switch to other sub.

However Kilo carries similar torpedos - TEST-71 (15 km at 40 kts) - but we you see them shall not change - because it "inconveniently" for game.
