There are some odd failures that we are trying to recreate in order to give you precise information for You.
For example, I see that often (at parity condition of launch) the MG-74 cut the cable just out from the tubes (especially in multyplayer).

EDIT:
On Bergamini when You change course or speed is not correct say "C'è un capitano" at the end of the phrase (written so it mean "There is a Captain" ).
it is correct to write "Agli ordini Capitano" (as your order, Captain)
