Type 093 is quite modern sub.
We prefer older ones because DW have very old engine which not allows to implement modern ASW mechanics (like multistatic detection, advanced countermeasures, proper ECM and many, many other things). Also lack of modern units for AI or modernised versions of warships with newest sensors is problematic for playing too advanced platforms.
