For a target distance more than 10 km "F" waypoint in "Auto preset" equal more than 5000m.
OK, my mistake is incorrect "F" position of MILAS waypoint.
The sensors of MILAS missile detect Heli as a surface vessel (The missile altitude lower 17m i.e. it's in ASuW mode).
