I do not see this bug.
At me TIW does not come on distance more than 6000 meters.
I am in 0 kts and I give active ping - after counterdetect and launch of torpedos nor I have TIW msg.
Also i tried and flank movement - after launch of a torpedo, I stop mine Sub - I do not receive TIW the message.
